Mission + Market is a chef driven contemporary American restaurant owned and operated by chef Ian Winslade. Chef Ian is also the chef/partner at Tre Vele a modern Italian restaurant in Sandy Springs and the soon to open Zakia, an upscale modern Lebanese restaurant in Buckhead

We’re looking for an outstanding bartender to join our team and to elevate the guest experience and build relationships with our guests.

Job Summary:

Our bartenders are responsible for providing genuine hospitality, proffesional, attentive service, to create an exceptional and memorable experience for all of our guests.

Must be engaged, and provide prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverage service where attention to detail is key. As a primary point of contact for guest interactions, you will be responsible for curarting a customized experience to all our guests using knowledge, hospitality, and service skills.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting working as a bartender
  • Must have excellent knowledge of fine dining and service procedures and functions
  • The ability to provide a high level of guest services
  • Must have strong knowledge of food, wine and classic cocktails

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment that adheres to very high standards
  • Well spoken and articulate. Strong verbal and written communications skills are required
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Open availability
