Job Title: Bartender

Exemption Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt

General Summary:
Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, safe, and timely manner.

Job Functions:

· Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.

· Interact with guests and take drink orders in a professional and timely manner.

· Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state and company laws and regulations.

· Make sure all transactions are carried out in accordance with company guidelines.

· Ability to keep the bar organized and clean.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

· A minimum of six months of bartending experience required.

· Knowledge of mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails and drink garnishes.

· Be skilled in good housekeeping practices of where drinks are stored, prepared, served, and dispensed.

· Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus.

· Ability to be enthusiastic and responsive to customer needs and portrays a positive image of the Company.

· Requires working in a fast-paced environment with irregular hours, such as nights, holidays, and weekends, dictated by the schedule of events.

· Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

· Requires prolong standing for entire shift.

· Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
