Job Title: Taproom Beertender

We are looking for:

When the unexpected occurs, our staff will be able to depend upon each other to keep the business flowing smoothly. *An individual with a flexible schedule and a willingness to learn/participate in BOH brewery work including packaging our flagship products. *To start, this position will work 15-20 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:

*Assisting customers in a friendly, knowledgeable manner *Keeping a Clean and Sanitized taproom *ID Checking *Square cash/card transactions, including discounts *Opening and/or closing the taproom to expectation *Assisting management as needed (ie. restocking crowlers, changing the menu board) *Participating in various brewery events and festivals as needed *Be productive during slow times, work well under busy/stressful times

Skills & Requirements:

*Friendly, outgoing, and trustworthy with excellent customer service skills *Able to work with little supervision *21+ only *Flexibility in schedule *Ability to move sixtel and half barrel kegs and properly tap a keg *Currently valid Safe Serve and/or TIPS certified *Cicerone Beer Server Certification level one (required to pass within 2 months) *Craft beer knowledge - able to explain flavors and styles to customers *Attention to detail

Pay: This position pays $9.54/hour + tips.
