Purpose:

As the Bartender you will be responsible for ensuring that guests get top quality drinks in a clean and safe environment while executing Oakfire’s Service Philosophy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executes Oakfire’s Guest Service Methodology.
• Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, well groomed, and ready to be in position. Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
• Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.
• Execute against checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure a positive mental attitude and greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
• Performs side work and finds ways to help the team during non-busy hours
• Maintains full knowledge of menus, drinks, recipes, and other pertinent information while increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.
• Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience at Oakfire.
• Ensure the bar team is informed and focused on daily priorities via pre and post shift meetings as well as necessary shift notes/logs.
• Be a subject matter expert in all areas of the bar operations to provide effective leadership at the bar.
• Ensure all cash handling processes and procedures are being followed
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year server experience in customer service, hospitality industry.
• Ability to remain resilient under pressure.
• Ability to work well in a teamwork-centric environment.
• Ability to make quality and timely decisions.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast pace environment and is able to work 6+ hours on their feet.
• Friendly, High Energy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
