Creative Potential, LLC is a therapeutic support service provider in Southeastern Connecticut looking for self-starters who share our passion for empowering children, teens, and emerging adults with biopsychosocial and behavioral challenges through interventions and clinical support.

Currently hiring for Monday- Friday- 10 am-6:30 pm with the ability to expand after the probation period. $600 sign-on bonus with 30 hours a week completion during probation($300) and 30 hours a week- 90 days after ($300).

The candidate must have at least one year of experience executing in-home or academic behavioral plans with children, teens, or adults with autism (or other complex diagnoses). Candidate should be versed in Applied Behavioral Analysis, practiced collecting and recording data, and be skilled at developing rapport with children and teens in domestic and community settings. Candidates who have provided services for state agencies, public schools, and clinical programs are strongly preferred.
