Springwell is seeking a full or part time staff to assist older adults with MassHealth applications.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Benefit Support Specialist is a new position that will be responsible for assisting older adults living in the Service Area with completing MassHealth applications, supporting the redetermination process and providing information about other public benefits that may be available. The Benefit Support Specialist will meet with older adults in a variety of settings including in the consumer’s home, the Springwell offices and other community locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
• Knowledge of MassHealth and public benefits preferred
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Must be detail oriented, organized and able to complete complex applications with accuracy
