Pay rate between $17.00/hr and $19.00/hr based on skill level.

Purpose of Job: Safely, effectively, and efficiently provides delivery, removal, and movement of all company coolers and vending assets in an assigned territory. Ensures the accuracy of all signed agreements between customers and PBV prior to removing or placing equipment, and safely removes and installation of assets at PBV customer locations.

Job Duties:

• Provides “Service that Sells” to both internal and external customers by, greeting customer, validating equipment requests, placing equipment, testing equipment and educating customer.
• Responsible for the daily operation of a handheld computer (HHC) to accurately remove and place equipment impacting capital dollars.
• Processes equipment agreements and daily paperwork in accordance with SOP’s.
• Pre-calls customers to confirm delivery and pick up of equipment via schedule.
• Drives a commercial Class B vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, strictly adhering to all safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge/Experience

• Valid CDL Class B license preferred for operation of heavy equipment (or, must be able to obtain CDL permit by the 15th business day and 45 business days from their date of hire, if CDL is not currently held).
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Computer skills and/or ability to learn Hand Held Computer (HHC) preferred.
• Needs to enjoy working outside and must be a team player.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards and licensing requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills via phone to schedule appointments.
• Must be able to maintain daily work logs to include manifest, contracts, DOT log book, etc.
• Able to travel daily to assigned accounts. Overnight travel may be required.
• Mechanical aptitude and must be able to learn basic programming for monetary systems and all vending equipment.
• Able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently (33% - 66%) required to bend, push, kneel and sit while driving long distances to customer sites.
• Occasionally (0% - 33%) required to climb, walk, stand, and to lift up to 800 pounds with a team member.
