Position Objective:
We are looking for a reliable team player who is a quick learner with an attention to detail. The right candidate needs to be highly motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment full time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Handling clerical and administrative tasks.
- Maintain, update and create spreadsheets and files of various types.
- Preparing, Compiling and Sorting documents for billing.
- Data Entry (Heavy Excel Required).
- Verify and Correcting data.
- Generate reports.
- Manage high volume of emails effectively.
- Answering phone calls and assisting caller.
- Filing, copying, scanning documents.
- Assists with special projects.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation and spelling.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks and other computer programs.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Dependable, punctual, organized and have a great work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to interact professionally
- Ability to work independently and be willing to take initiative.
- Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Have a high level of courtesy, professionalism and confidentiality with respect to company data.
