Summary:

The primary role of the Billing Specialist is to complete client billing, provide customer service to both project managers and clients as well as organizational tasks to promote the financial health of the organization and subsidiaries.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Review new projects setup in CRM by project teams to ensure agreement with client contracts and billing agreements for assigned clients.

· Prepare monthly customer billing invoices and assembling with accompanying backup as required by clients including lien waivers as needed.

o Ability to work with project managers to adjust invoices as requested.

· Responsible for CRM data updates as needed on projects for completion of billing.

· Responsible for handling all client inquiries and rejections, as applicable for assigned clients.

· Informing clients of missed or upcoming payment deadlines. Completion of weekly collections on overdue items and subsequent reporting to the controller on status.

Education and Experience:

· No experience necessary however 2 or more years of accounts receivable and accounts payable experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Denver, CO 80202
