Sussex counties in Delaware.

Position Summary:

Innovation Behavior Services is searching for a qualified Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA®) To join our team in providing services for children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We provide in-home and community-based
Applied Behavior Analysis services throughout the state of Delaware. This is a blended position using both in-person and telehealth options with no minimum hours required*. The ideal candidate is prompt with communication and documentation. A cover letter and resume are required with your application and you must have the
BCBA® credential. * all BACB and payor requirements must be met

Job Type: Part Time or Full Time are available. ( Supervision and direct work primarily

occurs during evening hours 3pm-7pm M-F )

Required education:

● Master's

Required license or certification

● Current BCBA® certification

Job Requirements:

● Successful completion of criminal history background check
● Successful passing of Child Protection Registry check
● Satisfactory reference checks
● Cover Letter and Resume
● Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
● Ability to observe and provide feedback

Responsibilities:
● Generating appropriate objectives and goals
● Writing individual treatment plans and interventions
● Reviewing and analyzing data
● Providing parent/caregiver training
● Providing direct services ( if the case load requires it)
● Supervising behavior technicians
● Collaborating with outside professionals
● Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner
● Attends and participates in meetings as assigned

Benefits:
● Pay range is $40-52/hour
● Non-billable time $20-25
● $350/yr toward CEUs
