Body Shop Collision Estimator Job at Empire Truck Sales
Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Body Shop Collision Estimator who is organized, has a strong attention to detail, and is a self-starter and a quick learner to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their needs for repair estimates
- Accurately conduct assessments for estimates on any necessary repairs
- Create repair orders with description of problems
- Work with service technicians and parts personnel to aid in the repair process
- Provide documentation to insurance, warranty, and transportation organizations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A valid Drivers License is required
- Must possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, technical skills, and functional skills
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other web-based programs or applications
- 2 years of previous body shop and/or repair estimate experience is preferred
