A day in the life as a "Branch Manager" includes building customer and co-worker relationships, Supervise work schedules and workflow of daily branch operations. Trains, coaches, and mentors branch staff to achieve all branch goals and productivity standards as well as to effectively and efficiently deliver service to members
In this key role, you will work 40 hours a week. The hours our branch is open: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This is a very important spot on the team!
