A true desire to provide services to seniors that can no longer care for themselves. Candidate will have work history related to consistent successful performance in the healthcare field. This position does not require college degree. Candidate will have a least two years verifiable experience in medical office management or healthcare supervision. Marketing experience is a plus. You must have experience with smart phones, computers, and tables that utilize browsers and app's.

We are seeking an Administrator for our branch serving the Greater Austin area. Responsible for the success & daily operations of a reputable personal assistance agency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Upholding our founding company values of providing a care environment that serves & protects our clients and promotes a workplace dedicated to supporting caregivers.
Promoting company services to potential clients at least 50% of the time, by engaging in community outreach to various referral sources, answering direct client inquiries, and responding to referrals provided by our internet marketing partners.
Assessing & admitting clients to service by meeting them at their place of residence, reviewing their care needs & company services, and ensuring a safe care environment for our caregivers.
Interview and onboard qualified caregivers that have been pre-screened by company recruiters.
Maintain branch compliance with state licensing requirements that includes participation in ongoing education - paid by the company. Work with our operations team to ensure all files, processes, and procedures meet these requirements. Attend regular company meetings that measure and review our current performance and set future expectations.
Assist our scheduling team in maintaining a "zero service failure" environment. Help with scheduling paid on-call providers & waitlist on-call providers weekly to ensure our clients have sufficient backup's for their service schedules.
Participate in regularly scheduled Remote On-Call Management of company operations. Taking calls after 6pm Monday to Friday, and all day Saturday & Sunday. Managers are provided On Call pay separate from their regular salary. Typically one week every 2 months.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Mondays we have meetings in the mornings. 60% of the week will be spent in the field with promoting the company, meeting with clients. The rest of the week is interviewing potential caregivers, answering calls, preparing files. In office work is usually scheduled for Mondays & Fridays.
