POSITION

We are looking to hire the coolest, best personality, go-get-um, can sell anything, amazing energy Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brand. As a best-in-class BA, you will have a critical role in helping build brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through demos, store visits, and events. You will work closely with our sales and marketing to achieve its goals and objectives, by making our brand the number one in cannabis.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, but not necessary. This role is an entry level position for sale or marketing

Responsibilities

Working closely with the sales lead to making the brands #1 in your assigned dispensaries.

Educating Budtenders and customers to love you and our brands.

Building rapport with Budtenders, customers and vendors.

Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.

Tracking stock levels, customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.

Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.

Brainstorming ideas on how to make your sales pod the best in the company.

Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

Salary

$22 USD per hour + Bonus based on sales of your assigned dispensaries

Required Skills

Cannabis Industry experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.

Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to travel and MUST have a car.
