Enza Zaden in San Juan Bautista, CA is looking for a highly motivated Breeding Technician to join our team temporarily.
What will you do?
As Breeding Technician, you will provide support to the lettuce breeding program at our Research and Development station in San Juan Bautista, CA. You will work in our office, primarily preparing seed lots for breeding trials and pathology tests.

You are someone who takes initiative, recognizes opportunities and has an analytical method of working. You are research minded and interested in working in the seed sector. You are organized and follow safety procedures. You can work independently, but you are also able to work in a cross-functional teams and intercultural project teams.
In short:
- High School Diploma required.
- Thorough understanding of English, both verbal and written is required.
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish is highly desired.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
- Legible handwriting and attention to detail during repetitive work are crucial for success.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.00 Hourly
