1st shift schedule:

6am to 4:30pm - Monday through Friday will be switching to 6am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday in February

*Must be available for Overtime as needed

Back shift schedule:

5pm to 3:30am - Monday through Friday

*Must be available for Sunday Overtime 5PM-3:30AM

Salary: $19.50 per hour starting + $3 per hour evening shift premium

Quality Inspector

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and interpret drawings, schedules, inspection plans, control charts and validates documentation
• Assist production employees in performing standard assemblies
• Advise employees on how to adjust and use precision instruments
• Audit operations to ensure employees comply with BRP quality standards
• Analyze data and make recommendations to improve processes
• Collaborate with other departments to solve problems effectively

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 yrs experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use pneumatic and basic hand tools
• Solid problem solving skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain an orderly and safe work area using 5-S principles
• "Self-starter" with ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Ability to work in a team and with a diverse group of individuals
• Strong detail orientation & organizational skills
• Ability to be flexible and responsive to changing scheduling requirements including working overtime or non-standard hours before and after shift as well as weekends
