We are currently looking for both new and experienced individuals to join our family at our BRAND NEW RECREATIONAL store in Mechanic Falls. We are looking primarily for individuals who are self starters, highly motivated and team oriented. The business is growing rapidly; and, there will be ample opportunity for personal and professional growth.

*Please note, this position will have a delayed start of January 2023 as we finish construction*

Qualifications:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous Customer Service experience in a retail setting.
Cash handling skills
Strong work ethic with a team player mentality
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma/GED required
Experience in the marijuana industry is preferred but not necessary as we are willing to train the right individuals.

Duties and responsibilities:

Greet/Check-in all customers

Product knowledge

Use of POS system/cash handling

General housekeeping duties for the store

Upholding company policies and procedures

Stocking sales floor

Product packaging

Maintain store security

Ability to remain 100% compliant in a highly-regulated role, operating under the microscope of ever changing rules and regulations

Working conditions:

Must have flexible availability including 12 hour shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays

Physical requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, crouch and reach

Must be a Maine state resident over the age of 21

Must pass a Criminal Background Check and obatin and maintain an IIC card per State of Maine and Office of Cannabis Policy regulations
