Job duties may include:
· Internal & external building rounds & inspections
· Changing HVAC filters and general HVAC maintenance tasks
· Small mechanical repairs
· Touch up painting & minor drywall repair
· General landscaping
· Assist in running fire drills
· Running & testing generators
Applicable background check and drug screening is required for employment at this facility.
