MAJOR DUTIES:

1. Administers Standards/Requirements Management Program which includes coordinating with all levels of management to determine applicability, preparing and submitting a Requirements Assessment Report to the subject matter expert (SME). Reviews assessment results and assessment methodology and ensures Standards/Requirements Program criteria are met. Manages the program within the database, tracking the status of the Standard/Requirements program and timelines. Develops and submits List B Reports as required. Prepares formal correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.

2. Administers the Written Directive Program which includes routing, filing and distribution of procedures and forms, ensuring the correct template and formats are followed, and developing and distributing status reports.

3. Administers the Performance Measurement Program which includes administration of metrics, preparation of reports, and internal customer interaction and support for metric development, data entry, and reporting.

4. Administers the Centerra-SRS Management Assessment Program. Assists in developing the annual Assessment schedule and areas of focus. Develops and updates program templates as required.

5. Supports the Suspect/Counterfeit Item Awareness Program which includes providing training on the program, screening data sources for information for affected departments.

6. Prepares department reports as required. Participates in assigned special inquiries and investigations.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field of study; or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field of study combined with three years’ experience/training in related fields; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

2. Two years of professional experience analyzing and developing solutions to business issues, identifying requirements then determining organizational applicability and ensuring compliance with those requirements, or developing business processes and systems

3. Experience analyzing data to identify trends and performance levels; presenting data in a clear, concise method.

4. Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and other business applications.

5. Must be able to obtain/maintain a DOE “L” security clearance.

INTERVIEW PROCESS AND LENGTH:

The interview process will last approximately 1.25 hours and consists of the following:

1. Panel interview - 30 minutes

2. Practical Exercise – 45 minutes
