Experis is seeking a Functional Agile Business Analyst to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. The Functional Agile Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and user stories are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have experience working in Agile methodology, and be able to prioritize competing requirements while adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and document business requirements and user stories
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in current processes
• Participate in sprint planning and provide input on prioritization of user stories
• Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are met and user stories are delivered on time and within scope
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and test plans
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including project progress, risks, and issues
• Ensure quality standards are met, and project deliverables are within agreed timelines
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and work with stakeholders to mitigate and resolve them
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to improve business processes and customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Agile methodology, business analysis, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting project timelines
• Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering
• Knowledge of mortgage industry or financial services preferred
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Agile certification preferred (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, etc.)
