Business Analyst Job at Metallix Refining
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Seeking a multi-talented Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will need to be a personal organizer who can support and assist our company's Commodities Department. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, highly motivated, and capable of working independently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Track the metal inventory from the initial payment to the supplier, to the shipment to the refiner, to the final outturn and collection of payment on residuals. This is a new position that will evolve over time.
- Maintain Metals Inventory Spreadsheet
- Maintain monthly shipment spreadsheets by Refiner
- Cost the Lots shipped by Refiner
- Review & Finalize Assay Exchanges with the Refiners
- Special Projects as assigned
- Assist Commodities and Metal Managers as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Haves:
Be a “U.S. person” pursuant to section 120.15 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Bachelors or Associates Degree required. Finance or Business Degree preferred .
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
Microsoft Excel experience.
Ability to meet deadlines with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
