RemoteThe Business Aviation Commercial Management group is seeking a Senior Commercial Business Analyst to be a part of our Commercial Management team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the overall health of the Business Aviation Service portfolio. The Senior Commercial Analyst role requires an experienced candidate who will work closely with VSL’s across both Customer and Product Programs ensuring the highest standard of services to our Business Aviation customers. The analyst will also work closely with internal stakeholders inclusive of, but not limited to, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Implementation, Operations as well as external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable to support the business management functions for Business Aviation programs.
- Collaborate closely with Business Aviation Commercial Manager and Program Managers related to assigned Business Aviation product portfolio and provide comprehensive commercial support.
- Responsible for ensuring the highest possible standards in sales delivery, customer service and revenue recognition.
- Prepare business plans in consultation with managers. Analyzes, coordinates and follows through on business related issues.
- Active participation in proposal development efforts and assists in identifying potential follow-on/add-on work with current customers as well as maintaining rapport with technical customers.
- Perform revenue and P&L monitoring, analysis and reporting. Ensure the preparation of comprehensive and reliable forecasts, monitor AOP and business cases and interpret/ investigate reasons for deviation; advise PMOs on established techniques to stay on plan
- Supports Strategic and Financial Planning by forecasting budget needs over a five (5) year period.
- Manages vendors, when necessary, to support assigned Business Aviation portfolio.
- Undertakes other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned by the manager
- Supporting the commercial modelling for all integrated program proposals.
- Build and maintain effective relations with internal and external customers as required in order to ensure success in meeting corporate financial goals and objectives as well as achieving the highest standards in customer excellence and adhere to customer complaints procedures wherever required
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
