The role
NTT DATA is seeking to build a community of OCM Leaders that we can send communications and updates to monthly about what is happening within our People and Organization Consulting Practice. You will also be notified when we have open positions within our Practice. This is an opportunity to proactively apply to our talent community for future opportunities. As an OCM Lead, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions:
Client contributions :
- Be an expert, senior advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
- Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive and customized Workforce Readiness and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
- Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of Workforce Readiness activities.
- Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
- Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
- Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
Internal practice contributions :
- Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at various levels to high-performance / high results.
- Contribute to business development in the form of solution design, client proposals, budget forecasting and management, engagement planning and resourcing.
- Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.
- Engage in hiring process including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.
- Research and build out new services for clients to stay ahead of the curve.
- Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
- You have 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience where you contributed to growing a practice, partnered with sales and account teams, and developed advisory level client relationships. You developed custom solutions, pricing estimates and presentations, that drove business development efforts.
- You have 5 years of experience leading successful medium to complex organizational change management; organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; SAP and/or Salesforce implementations.
- You have been responsible for managing $2M+ in revenue
- You have 2 years or more experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 20 members.
- You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
- You have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time as COVID 19 restrictions are lifted.

- You have impressive communication skills. You have t he ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $110K-$230K. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. Disclaimer: Salary is determined based upon the career level in which you are being considered for.
