Represents the Home Health agency by establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, Skilled Nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and others.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings with discharge planners, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Attend business development meetings required by sales leadership
- Meet and/or exceed goals set by sales leadership
- Coordinate with team members and referral sources in obtaining physician signatures on orders and obtaining Face to Face requirements
Qualifications:
Must have college degree, equivalent experience or a licensed professional
Experience: One year experience in Home Health or healthcare sales
Skills:
Effective communication, relationship builder, time management, solution oriented, ambitious, and motived.
