We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated, sales-driven professional with a business development mindset as a Business Development Specialist out of our Manchester, NH Office for our Innovia division. As a Business Development Specialist, you are responsible for developing national and regional business programs for our community management industry members through existing connections and researching vendor opportunities to enhance the platform and revenue streams.

Our Business Development Specialist will:

  • Analyze member needs and vendor capabilities, promoting engagement and assisting in the onboarding process as well as manage existing and any new programs, maintaining business relationships with program partners.
  • Continually analyze and develop current business relationships, research improved capabilities, and proactively structure those improvements for implementation which mostly will revolve around program development for Community Association Management Industry, Member Companies and services used by Condominium and Homeowner Associations.
  • Create consumer programs providing unique benefits for owners living within communities managed by the InnoviaCMC Member group.
  • Communicate program updates and new programs effectively to member companies, verbally or through written announcements.
  • Monitor vendor service levels, track member participation, assist in reconciling member/vendor disputes, and develop required reports.
  • Develop written and verbal program descriptions, assist in the development of presentations at various meetings and conventions, and coordinate program provider participation at conventions.
  • Create and implement a reporting methodology that effectively communicates vendor growth, penetration, and revenue streams.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?

  • 3+ years customer success or account management experience with a proven track record as an achiever, and experience developing relationships through effectively communicating to a diverse audience.
  • Experience developing affinity, and/or national buying programs from B2B and B2C is a plus.
  • Must excel in a rapidly changing environment that demands an ability to accurately question, assess and provide improved solutions that will yield greater results (revenue and/or service) from existing and potential relationships.
  • Results-oriented, ambitious, have strong customer/client skills and convincing negotiation skills.
  • Excellent computer abilities (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, and Outlook); superior organizational skills, attention to detail, written communication and pride in presentation material is essential.
