Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills
- Highly refined consultative skills for leading and facilitating cross-functional teams
- Skilled at bridging the gaps between business strategy, enterprise architecture and business processes.
- Ability to thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leveraging best practices, and approaching any problem as a team-player with a can-do, solution-focused attitude
- Proficient in interfacing with all levels of business and executive leadership
- Proficient in modeling using the Visio BPMN stencil
- Understands process ANSI and BPMN standard flowcharts
- Strong self-directed work habits, exhibiting initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-assurance, and professionalism
- Translates technical verbiage and complex processes into business-friendly terms
- Possesses a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution and Power Automate
- Supply chain, warehouse, and business analysis experience a plus
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, BPM, CBAP, PMP
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
