Job Description

Job Summary: Collects and analyzes data to support development of Companies business strategies and to improve its systems and processes.

Essential Functions:
1. Collect and analyze data associated with the companies’ markets, commercial activities, and manufacturing operations. Formulate presentations of this data that provide meaningful insights

2. Research specified business process and identify areas for improvement.

3 Develop reports that increase management's view of the business and assist with decision making.

4. Develop and maintain key metrics and dashboards that assist different areas of the business including Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain

5. Track and report on assigned improvement initiatives

6. Review existing written procedures. Edit & create new where necessary

7. Support various initiatives as needed, such as assisting with change management and technology implementation.

8. Develop broad understanding of business by cross training in cross functional areas.

9. Perform other duties as required by manager.

Scope Data/Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
The employee will work primarily in an office environment, some business travel required. The employee will also be exposed to end user facilities, channel partner operations, and manufacturing plant facilities (heat, cold noise, dust, and machinery).
Skills & Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Traits:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, General Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering is preferred
• Microsoft Office software proficiency, Intermediate to expert level Excel skills, Exposure to ERP software, and BI Software, is helpful
• Well-developed math proficiency, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team situation
• Needs to be well organized and demonstrate critical thinking with problem solving skills and ability
