The incumbent will also be responsible for a variety of analysis functions including business and technical requirements solicitation, technical design, meeting facilitation, and software testing.

This position requires...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in an analyst role or in an IT environment is required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new process and procedures to meet business initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals.
• Demonstrated ability to apply technical understanding to a broad range of applications and complex data models
• Understanding of process modeling and various other design tools and methodologies is strongly desired
• Proven ability to work with users in complex problem solving and troubleshooting scenarios
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Saleforce, Content Management System is preferred
• Knowledge of an Online Banking System, or Fiserv Architect is desired
• Knowledge of creating SQL queries is desired
