CAD Drafter Job at Lennar Corporation
A CAD designer/ drafter is needed. will be engaged in a range of business projects. Must be able to work with architects, engineers, and clients; must possess strong written and verbal communication abilities. Advanced Auto Cad experience of at least 5 years is required. expertise working with engineers and designers is required. 3D drafting/modeling must be present Associate degree is required. BIM expertise using Revit is a plus! A benefit is having MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) knowledge. Typical projects the consultant would work on include: Conduits & Bridges Additions to buildings Bulkheads Dams and Community Centers Renovations to Firehouses Fueling Facilities Buildings with garages and offices Clubhouses on golf courses Municipal Structures Park Buildings Reinforcing Walls Inspections Special Rehabilitation in Schools Facilities for Storage Tuberculosis Separation Areas
