We are a multi million dollar Home Improvement Company. We are looking for the Best of the Best to work our warm customer base. We are looking for money motivated career minded people to set appointments for our sales staff.

We also do events that generate a ton of follow up warm calling material. We also spend 10's of thousands on internet inquiries that need to be followed up with. No selling or cold calling, just appointment setting.

If you are a phone pro we want to talk to you! Many of our employees have been with us for many years. If you have appointments setting experience or collection experience, timeshare or Home Improvement, any good calling experience or you're just awesome on the phone we want to hear from you.

The Call Center Representative is responsible for setting appointments for the sales team.

· The main objective is to set qualified appointments according to the standards required.

· Answer inbound calls.

- Make outbound calls

· Timely and accurate Data input of Lead and Appointment information.

· Must be able to type 35 wpm w/ 97% accuracy

· Follow up with existing leads.

· Achieve goals set by management.

· Great telephone etiquette and articulation

Compensation: $17.50/hour to start plus cash bonuses & prizes
