Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a full time Associate to join our Cultivation Department.
This position is working full time with the Garden Team caring for cannabis plants in every stage from planting to harvest. This position performs tasks such as: potting clones, tagging plants, cleaning, trimming-out/pruning plants as they mature to ensure optimum yields, pesticide application, cleaning, moving plants from veg rooms to flower rooms, taking out the garden waste, cleaning, assisting during the harvest, trimming as needed, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
This person will be joining a small team of hard-working people who maintain a positive and kind work environment in the Cultivation Department. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, full time, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Experience is not required. We may consider a higher starting wage for an experienced candidate with references.
Private Applicator License holders will be eligible for a higher starting wage - please submit your license # and expiration date with your resume.

REQUIRED:

• MUST have a current/valid Marijuana Enforcement Division badge.
• Must stay current and obey all rules and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division.
• Requires the ability to stand and/or sit for long hours.
• Requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs, as well as operate a heavy-loaded push cart (moving dirt, moving plants).
• Requires consistent hand-eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity.
• Requires the ability to be completely accurate when tagging plants and recording other garden data.
• Requires mastery of the English language.
• Must be able to follow instructions, and work independently with supervisory oversight.
• Must follow all policies & procedures for our Clean-Room facility, which includes showering upon entering the premises and wearing medical scrubs and nitrile gloves while working. Scrubs and gloves are provided.
