Southeastern Roofing is looking to hire motivated, assertive, energetic individuals to market door-to-door local neighborhoods to schedule real-time appointments. You do not have to close any sales. Our Marketers have an uncapped earning potential.

Southeastern Roofing Marketers are an integral part of our local efforts to provide service to your friends and neighbors. We will train you and set you up for success and maximum earning potential with our proven track record. You will work directly with your Branch Manager and other sales associates to generate leads and set appointments with qualified homeowners in need of roofing services.

Southeastern Roofing will map out specific neighborhoods for you and provide all of the material you will need to set appointments which will get paid! The Marketers will be expected to work within a short radius of their assigned territory, go door-to-door, seeking to set FREE ROOF INSPECTIONS for our sales consultants. That’s it, SET FREE ROOF INSPECTION APPOINTMENTS – no selling. The position is to make qualified homeowners aware of Southeastern Roofing services and the benefits of working with us. We have flexible schedules, opportunities for additional training or advancements based on performance, if you are looking for weekly pay with uncapped income potential, this is the position for you!

Specific responsibilities include:

• Quickly identify and assess roofing damage potential
• Confidently approach homeowners where they are by building rapport between 60 seconds and 3 minutes to bring forward the reason for our visit
• Ask for the sale/inspection and get the commitment; the follow thru.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong work ethic, be driven and goal-oriented to earn maximum compensation
• Understand that NO’s are just YES’ waiting to be converted
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be organized
• Must be able to establish rapport with customers
• Must be coachable
• Must be able to walk outside during your shift
• Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle

Earning Potential $70,000+
