LOCAL/REGIONAL – OTR CAR HAULING OPERATION
Mileage pay starting at up to $1.43 per mile depending on vehicle type loaded.
Additional compensation ($15-$25 per vehicle) for both loading and unloading.
Note: JCT guarantees pay of $1,000/week ($200 per day) during the probationary period in the event that they do not gross more than $1,000.
After the completion of the probationary period, Benefits would be effective, and they are officially a Teamster and pension contributions would begin, at $150 per week

Signing bonus of $6,000 with no carhaul experience, $10,000 with carhaul experience!

The benefits include a FREE medical, dental, vision and life insurance plan for both the driver and their family. The deductible is $200 per individual and tops out $400 per year for an entire family.
Paid holidays would also be effective at this point.
Paid vacation would come after one year, which would include 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2years, 3 weeks after 9 years and 4 weeks after 15 years, and 5 weeks after 20 years. Also, you get 5 paid sick days and 1 personal holiday every June 1st
.As part of the Union, after training is complete, you will start locally and be home daily. Night time driving will be included, and you must be able to drive manual transmission.
Union dues are $150 per month and are deducted monthly around the 15th of the month
