Compensation and Benefits of the Caregiver:

Responsibilities of the Caregiver include:
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing, transferring (to sit to stand or stand to sit), and toileting
- Companionship by providing socialization to those who may rarely leave their home
- Light homemaking such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, trash removal, laundry, linen change
- Medication reminders
- Shopping and errands as needed
- Safety supervision to seniors with memory loss
- Assist seniors to stay safely in their homes
Requirements of the Caregiver:
- Must have a desire to help seniors stay safely and comfortably in their homes
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance
- Must be able to work in the US and pass a background check
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Lift 50 lbs
- Successfully complete a competency evaluation
- Must legally be able to work in the US
