Right at Home is hiring homecare aids and companions for shift throughout the tri-county area. Full time, part time and PRN positions are available for immediate start. Right at Home offers paid training and quarterly raises.
Our Homemaker Companions are the heart of our business. Without you, we couldn’t improve the lives of our seniors with their everyday needs, put a smile on their face or be the highlight of their day! It is hard to put a price on helping others but we know how important you are as a Homemaker Companion and the value you provide our clients.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living needs offering companionship care
- Take clients on walks, trips to social events, assistance with hobbies, or run an errand
- Prepare a home cooked meal (you don’t need to be a gourmet chef)
- Perform light housekeeping
- A Homemaker/Companion will not provide medical, nursing or skilled services
Requirements:
- High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate
- The Homemaker Companion shall have successfully completed a written Competency Evaluation.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English with or without reasonable accommodations as needed for the job.
- Homemaker Companion must be able to lift at least __ lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with or without reasonable accommodations.
