Mary's Woods is looking for an energetic, compassionate and team oriented Caregiver to join our Health Services team. We are looking for someone to work collaboratively and provide excellent care to older adults while continuing to promote our mission and vision.
Mary's Woods is a premier senior living community in Lake Oswego that feels just like any progressive community in Portland. We provide residents with over 100 years of history in a 40-acre wooded wonderland. We are a not-for-profit Life Plan/Continuing Care Retirement Community that prides ourselves on our rich heritage, spirit of caring, welcoming culture, historic grounds and amazing views.
Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful:
- Provide direct care to residents under direct supervision according to policies and procedures, and ensure care to our residents is provided in an atmosphere of comfort, independence and dignity
- Must be comfortable working independently and with others
- Must be able to manage time and complete tasks effectively
- Must be comfortable working with people with Dementia
Education and Experience Required:
- Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma or GED
- Required to obtain your Food Handler's, CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Must be able to work as part of a team

The starting wage depends on experience, certification and education.
Shifts Available:
- Day (6:30 am to 3:00 pm)
- Evening (2:30 pm to 11:00 pm)
- Night (10:30 pm to 7:00 am)
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: Employees at Mary’s Woods are mandated by state law to be fully vaccinated. Candidates who are offered a position at Mary’s Woods will be required to provide proof of vaccination, or complete the OHA Medical or Religious Exception form.
