We are looking for an experienced and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Of House Manager. The Front Of House Manager is responsible for greeting and seating customers as well as managing the wait staff. In addition to excellent communication skills, we are seeking a Front Of House Manager with a background in hospitality, a passion for customer service, and managerial experience.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect the restaurant for cleanliness and safety before opening for business.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant by frequently inspecting tables and floors.
- Greet customers upon arrival and as they depart, and answer questions about menu items.
- Prepare bills for customers, process credit cards, take reservations., and answer questions about menu items.
- Respond to customer complaints and other problems or concerns.
- Interpret customer needs to the kitchen staff by relaying orders and explaining menu options.
- Managerial duties including ordering food, supplies, and linens, scheduling employees, monitoring employee performance., collecting receipts, submitting sales tax reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
