The Bellevue Club Catering Department is looking to hire a friendly, reliable and experienced Catering Sales Coordinator to join the team! This position primarily provides administrative support to the Catering Department.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepares, types, copies, distributes and mails Catering office correspondence. Examples of correspondence include event orders, daily event sheets, guarantee sheets, change sheets, weekly event listings, off-site parking notices and the monthly catering forecast.
• Responsible for Revenue Spreadsheet, Daily Event Sheets/ Door Cards, Entering Events into Opera, Assign Room Numbers, Billing and Event Summary Reports.
• Maintains client files with current information to include updated addresses and correspondence.
• Maintains inventory of menus, brochures and office supplies. Prepares the menu sheets to include Holiday and Seasonal Menus, using word processing software, and prints and assembles materials for brochures and packets.
• Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls for the Catering department, professionally routes calls, answers questions, books tentative function space, and takes messages.
• Responsible for getting daily catering guarantees in absence of Catering Sales Manager and Director of Catering.
• Responsible for giving tours of the banquet space to prospective clients in absence of Catering Manger and/or Director of Catering.
• Responsible for booking function space and completing contracts of small events in private conference rooms with the approval of the Director of Catering or Catering Sales Manager.
• Provides administrative support to the Social Director with approval of the Director of Catering. May answer incoming calls to the Social office and assist with reservations and organization of major Club events.
