Position Details

Hiring for 2 locations in Rancho Cucamonga / Eastvale / Claremont, CA

Job requirement

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, provide repair estimates and repair devices.
• Clear communications in providing solutions to customers repair / technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills in communicating complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical manner.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers, both in person and over the phone. Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed IPhix quality standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills-Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in cellphone / tablet repairs.
• Sales experience.
• Work well in team environment-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
