Position: Certified Dietary Manager

We are seeking a full-time Director of Dining Services to join our team of excellent resident care.

The successful candidate for the role of Director of Dining Services will be a talented and motivated Dietary Manager with compassion, and a desire to provide the best of nutritious meals for our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
• Manage staff in the kitchen environment
• Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
• Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
• Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas

Are you:

• Customer service orientated
• Certified as a Dietary Manager or possess at least an Associates degree in food service or Culinary Arts
