We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to grow our team of clinicians, the ideal candidate is an individual capable of multi-tasking, compassionate and passionate to doing work for patients that benefit from Ketamine to treat various conditions. Experience in Ketamine IV's is preferable / Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
Duties:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules patients, resolves their questions, prepares documents for billing, and supports patients and visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests via email, phone or in person.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
This is a full time position. We work two different shifts on certain dates.

- 3 years of administrative assistant experience in a medical practice or hospital
- Desire to work at a psychedelic medicine practice.

- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
