Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA

Compensation: $42.00-$46.00 per visit

We are seeking a certified occupational therapy assistant to join our team and provide services to our clients around the Twin Cities area! You will assist in the treatment of clients in their home as directed by the Occupational Therapist and participates as an active member of our Therapy team.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA Responsibilities:

• Complete appropriate documentation for all phases of care by the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Build positive rapport and communicate effectively with clients, families and other industry professionals
• Work collaboratively with other health care disciplines to coordinate appropriate care for clients

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited OTA program / occupational therapy assistant program / Therapy program
• Requiring licensure that is current / COTA license in the State of Minnesota
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
