Job Description:
We are looking for someone to provide massage services on June 27th from 10 am to 2:00 PM EST near the crossroads of Pennsylvania Ave/Industry Dr in Hagerstown, MD. This position requires a licensed massage therapist.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Under the direction of the wellness supervisor, perform duties related to instructing and leading individuals in wellness activities. Our clients are school districts, hospitals, municipalities, private organizations and more. The therapist will be expected to bring his/her own chair or table.
Prefer previous experience offering massage clinics.. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with participants, and co-workers. Ability to reason, problem solve and resolve conflicts effectively. Must have a good work ethic; be reliable, on time and dependable.
Ensures all possible safety measures are observed. Communicates and enforces facility policies and procedures. Responds to emergency situations as required and maintains accurate accident and incident reports. Provides excellent customer service, including interacting with participants to answer questions and resolve problems. Reports any issues and concerns to supervisor.
