Starting pay is usually $16 per hour, but for Chicago, we are hiring the first 10 applicants to complete onboarding at $20 per hour with additional pay for over 2 children.

How it works:

• TLC contacts you with open Babysitting shifts.
• You take whichever shifts work for your schedule. (Like a Substitute Teacher)
• You decide if you want to work 20 hours per week or 40 + hours per week

Requirement Musts:

• Have at least 2 full weekdays of availability, Monday through Friday
• Be able to start as early as 7am or stay as late as 7pm, if needed (you will know your schedule ahead of time)
• Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, nurse, teacher, etc.
• Comfortable using texting as a main form of communication
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months to this program

If Hired:

• Must be able to provide legal work status in the US
• Must have or get Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification BEFORE employment
• Will complete an online Orientation to help you be the best caregiver you can be
