Our client is looking to hire a Civil Engineer on to their team. This team is managing the facilities support & upgrades of a major Air Force base. This person will monitor and asses current equipment, systems, and utilities to define requirements and report recommendations on upgrades. Primary responsibilities are below:
- Plans, designs, and oversees civil engineering projects, such as airports, bridges, buildings, channels, dams, harbors, irrigation systems, pipelines, power plants, railroads, roads, sewage systems, tunnels, and water supply.
- Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and other topographical and geologic data to plan and design project.
- Calculates cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering, and advanced mathematics.
- Performs other related work as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
