Cleaning Technician - Part-Time Job at 4 Core Clean LLC
4 Core Clean, LLC provides suppemental income opportunities and is currently seeking part-time cleaning technicians to service various East Bay Locations (Antioch, Pittsburg, Benicia, Vallejo, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Hercules). You will be responsible for supporting operations by maintaining the standard of cleanliness in a timely manner with a focus on detail.
Experience:
- Candidates must possess 2 years janitorial experience
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess 2 years janitorial experience (i.e. sweep, scrub, mop, vacuum and
clean carpets, clean and dust cabinet, remove garbage, clean entry ways, doors, hallways,
restrooms offices, meeting rooms)
- Must have a clear driving record and dependable vehicle as travel between sites is a
requirement
- Must have a reliable smart phone and be tech/app savvy as the use of time keeping app and
digital workflow/checklist is required.
Responsibilities:
- Clean assigned locations per protocol
- Cleaning and maintenance of carpets, cabinets, garbage removal, clean entry ways, doors, hallways, restrooms, offices and meeting rooms. Responsible but are not limited to scrub,
polish, wax, mopping, sweeping, and extracting; following 4 Core Cleans’ protocol
- Use appropriate equipment, supplies, and take proper care to use cleaning procedures for
various floor and carpet maintenance
4 Core Clean LLC is a health based commercial cleaning service serving in Contra Costa County. We specialize in providing cleaning service for small to midsize establishments. Our focus is implementing and maintaining clean and healthy work spaces. We are an independently owned franchise of Coverall.
Pay: $500 - $1500 / month
