THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Cambar Coordinator will be responsible for following established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse. The position will work onsite at our Columbus, OH (2900 Easton Square Pl) location.

• Receive incoming goods

• Check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices

• Accurately sort, label, and store goods

• Arrange storage to optimize warehouse space

• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders

• Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records

• Retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules)

• Perform other routine clerical activities according to the organization’s established procedures

• These activities may include answering telephones, updating stock cards and inventory records, and completing receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms

• Operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery

PAY & SHIFT:

• The hourly range for this position is dependent upon professional experience and skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma

• 3 years or more of warehouse experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to efficiently use the Cambar warehouse management system (CMS) (or experience using other warehouse management systems)

• Ability to communicate across all levels within the role's organization, as applicable

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP)

• Ability to complete multiple tasks within a short window also support including outside of normal business hours

• Ability to manage multiple priorities daily from many different business units

• Experience working with Excel and Access
