Location: *Remote. Must reside in Florida. Position requires up to 50% travel.***

Summary:

The Client Engagement Sales Manager is responsible for managing client information, building and maintaining long term client relationships to ensure business growth. Additionally, the Client Engagement Sales Manager will manage corporate accounts, analyze business practices, client requirements and feedback in order to provide input to products and services acting as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Meet with client after the sale is made to collect data and documents needed to develop an implementation plan for services chosen.

· Modify project plan and schedule and assign accountability.

· Coordinate internal and client teams to review project and confirm project milestone dates.

· Travel to client site to lead product configuration and customization.

· Provide initial training and support and transition client to help desk for ongoing support.

· Teams with Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

· Operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to assigned customers.

· Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Ensures the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives.

· Communicates clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

· Forecasts and tracks key account metrics.

· Identifies and grows opportunities within assigned customers and collaborates with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

· Able to meet extensive travel requirements.

· Assists with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

· Assist with other duties as assigned and additional duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· High degree of independent judgment under minimal supervision.

· Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.

· Good public speaking and interpersonal skills.

· Effectively prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines.

Experience:

· 3-5 years’ experience in account management or other relevant experience.

· Experience working in a healthcare facility/setting preferred.

· Familiarity with Language Services interpreting, and translation terminology and operations a plus.

· Must be able to work a very flexible shift including weekends, nights when necessary.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple levels of staff.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Computer Skills:

· Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office/Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce.com skills a plus.
