Senior Helpers is seeking an Client Services Manager to help operate, schedule and manage our caregiver team and client base.

The Client Services Manager is part of the logistical BRAIN that ensures our Seniors reliably get the care they need from our Caregivers.

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS

$15.00 - 17.00 / HOUR depending on experience and qualifications. Rapid room for growth and improvement - when we succeed, you succeed.

This is a full-time role.


JOB DUTIES

  • Schedule and match Caregivers based on their availability and experience to the needs of the Clients
  • General office and professionally equipped to include, but not limited to; phone presence, recruiting, client interactions, and any other operational task
  • Participate in on-call after hours rotation, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Introduce Caregivers to their clients
  • Sporadic client visits and client care management
  • Work collaboratively under the supervision of the Administrator to maintain a well-run Senior Helpers Front Office

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years related experience- health care, senior care, or other fast-paced staffing organization
  • Understanding of Clearcare/Wellsky Software a big plus, but not necessary - we will train regardless
  • Self-direction with exceptional communication skills
  • Technology skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
  • Highly organized and able to work under time pressures and multitask
  • Must have experience using multi-line telephone systems
  • Must pass a criminal history background check, and drug screen
  • Sales Experience is a plus
  • Experience as a Caregiver is a plus

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Full-Time M-F
  • Office hours 830am-5pm
  • Additional paid after hours on call work for after-hours calls from employees and clients
