PCI is looking for someone who is responsible for supporting department leadership with day-to-day operational flow, communicating with various teams on schedules, breaks, and workload distribution, and assisting with problem resolution across various teams. This person will also be processing and verifying applications and contracts while providing support and assistance in escalated situations. CLIENT SOLUTIONS COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies, assesses, and assists employees with department processes, procedures, and technical needs
  • Monitors daily interaction flow through various programs and reports while comparing and reviewing daily staffing needs
  • Troubleshoot escalated application and contracting issues and questions
  • Provides overall daily support presence for department team members
  • Monitors outbound queues as well as working and delegating the queues per business needs
  • Field calls, processing credit applications, reviewing contracts, verifying data and information, managing client accounts, and communicating with clients regarding various matters and answering inquires
  • Performs building and department opening and closing procedures as scheduled
  • Notifies leadership about any significant issues or concerns
  • Processes and reviews various reports for loan processing
  • Performs other department tasks based on business needs

CLIENT SOLUTIONS COORDINATOR SCHEDULE/HOURS

  • Full-Time & Part-Time availability
  • Various Schedules Available
  • 4 Weekend Shifts per Month Required

CLIENT SOLUTIONS COORDINATOR COMPENSATION:

  • Up to $24 per hour Based on Experience
